Welcome to this newly redecorated and refurbished classic Fire Island Beach Cottage and Guest House in Fair Harbor. This beautiful property sleeps 6-8 guests and is the perfect summer getaway for a relaxing and uncrowded beach vacation. The house is located just steps away from both the Ocean and Bay beaches, as well as the ferry and downtown Fair Harbor stores and restaurant. You can enjoy the convenience of being close to everything while still maintaining your privacy. Recently renovated during the off-season, this home features three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two twin beds. We also provide a queen-size air mattress for additional guests. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a large deck and screened-in porch for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The spacious outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. You will have access to a washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. A barbecue, air conditioning in all three bedrooms, and a full selection of beach toys, towels, umbrellas, surf and boogie boards will be provided.
